Moara Dracului Gorges

Moara Dracului Gorges are short, but their scale makes you slow down. The stream cut a narrow corridor between rock walls, while the forest on Valea Caselor keeps the feeling of a hidden place.

Park only where the road allows and continue on foot with proper shoes, especially after rain. The gorge fits naturally into a day around Câmpulung Moldovenesc, Rarău, or Pietrele Doamnei.

The geological reserve covers roughly 10 hectares, with walls that become vertical and overhanging in places. Beyond the narrow gorge, a marked trail continues towards the alpine area and Rarău Cabin.
